This policy explains how Thames Valley Distribution ("we") handles information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Details you send in a quote request, trade account application, catalogue request or message: company, name, email, phone, business number, delivery city and province or state, the products and quantities you select, and your notes.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an advertisement or campaign link, the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source) are saved with your request so we know which channels work.
• Basic, anonymous usage events (page views, searches and quote-basket actions) used to improve the site.

How we use it

Only to prepare quotes, answer enquiries, review trade accounts, send the catalogues you ask for, process orders and improve our service. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Stored in your browser

Your quote basket, compare list, recently viewed products and campaign tags are stored in your own browser (local storage) until you clear them.

Advertising and analytics tools

If we enable analytics or advertising measurement tools (for example Google Analytics or the Meta pixel), they may set cookies. We will update this policy when we do.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, email and deliveries, and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

Retention and access

We keep quote and order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing sales@thamesvalleysnow.ca.
